I long for beauty, love, joy, peace, justice. Sometimes I fill my life so full that I cannot finish everything I start. My passion for life and yearning for more, more, more, can be summed up in this quote by *C.S.Lewis: “You have never had it. All the things that have ever deeply possessed your soul have been hints of it-tantalizing glimpses, promises never quite fulfilled, echoes that died away just as they caught your ear. But if it should really become manifest-if there ever came an echo that did not die away but swelled into the sound itself-you would know it. Beyond all possibility of doubt you would say, ‘here at last is the thing i was made for’. We cannot tell each other about it. It is the secret signature of each soul, the incommunicable and unappeasable want…”

I experience these tantalizing glimpses throughout my days and I believe they point to the true longing of my heart and the hearts of many. Here, I intend to share these glimpses, these shimmers of beauty, hope and love. I also hope to move those who read this to seek justice in our world. I have been given so much…I want to use it for the good of others.
